How long will it take to receive my order?

I’m efficient, even when busy!

That said, delivery times vary depending on the volume of work on my schedule at any given time. This ensures each project is crafted with thoughtfulness and quality.

I write Monday-Friday (excluding Federal holidays). Current delivery timeframes are posted on the Order+Pricing page and on order forms.

What does the price include?

Service includes thorough research, polished copy, and one major revision. I’m glad to make any needed adjustments within the scope of the original order.

Delivery, to your email, includes “cut and paste” friendly copy so you may review and make any adjustments needed before publishing.

Do you require a site visit/meeting?

It’s my goal is to add-back TIME FOR YOU! I therefore develop remarks as independently as possible, without the need for meetings.

I expertly compose copy based on the questions you’ll answer in your completed order form PLUS the thorough research I do before starting each description.

Photos or links to your virtual tours are much appreciated as I’m inspired-by and understand a home’s features best through visuals. I will email any simple questions, or call if the questions are complex.

That said, I’m absolutely available should you want to first chat about the home, discuss edits, or do a virtual tour.

Anywhere! I’ve written for homes around the world and across the USA.

35+ years spent in the extremely diverse region of Washington D.C. metropolitan area affords me a thorough understanding of country, vineyard, city, suburb, mountain, and coastal living in general.

In addition, I love to travel and have visited many regions from within the U.S. to Europe.

My previous career in travel planning has made me a sharp researcher for locations anywhere in the world; successfully planning tours for others without having visited the locale; accounting for local culture and life-styles. This allows me to capture the flavor of your home’s unique town.

As a proofreader/editor I proofread documents from collage essays to healthcare manuals, press releases to blog/magazine articles, resumes to product descriptions from any industry.

However, as a copywriter I’m completely focused on Real Estate. I’m dedicated to enriching my craft, staying on-trend, and understanding home architecture. Additionally, as I’ve previously supported agents and Brokers in the Real Estate world, I uniquely understand an agent’s process, concerns, and time constraints.

What will you need from me to get started?

Order-forms for varying services will ask for unique information. With regards to homes, any enticing renovations, and requests a link to photos etc. will be needed. The Agent Biography order-form requests information about your experience, personal anecdotes, etc.
